(*) Pablo Allard es decano de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Arte de la Universidad del Desarrollo en Santiago y Concepción. Arquitecto y magíster en Arquitectura PUC (1997), master of Architecture in Urban Design (1999) y doctor of Design Studies (2003) de la Universidad de Harvard. Fue miembro fundador del “Do Tank” Elemental, y participó en los procesos de reconstrucción post terremoto 2010 como coordinador nacional de Reconstrucción Urbana del Minvu. Junto a su labor académica y profesional, es columnista del diario La Tercera y director del Consejo de Políticas de Infraestructura CPI. Entre otros cargos públicos, fue director del Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y las Artes CNCA. (*) Pablo Allard is dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Art of the Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago and Concepción. Architect and Master of Architecture PUC (1997), Master of Architecture in Urban Design (1999) and Doctor of Design Studies (2003) from Harvard University. He was a founding member of the Elemental “Do Tank”, and participated in the process of reconstruction after the 2010 earthquake as national coordinator of Urban Reconstruction of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning. Along with his academic and professional work, he is columnist for the La Tercera newspaper and director of the Infrastructure Policy Council CPI. Among other public positions, he was director of the National Council for Culture and the Arts CNCA.
