El trazado general se organiza mediante dos patios abiertos que se entrelazan con el paisaje y organizan las dos etapas del proyecto. Los tres niveles donde se alojan las oficinas se modulan en una matriz de 4 x 3 m en ambas crujías con un frente de circulación de 3 x 1,5 m, modulación que se repite por todos los bordes, protegido por una piel ubicada en todas las fachadas. Esta piel solo se ubica en los tres niveles superiores y se manifiesta con distintos pliegues. The general layout is organized around two open courtyards that are interlaced with the landscape and organize the two phases of the project. The three office levels are set in a modulated 4 x 3 m array in both bays with a frontal circulation of 3 x 1.5 m, a pattern that is repeated on all the edges, protected by a skin on all the facades. This skin is only located on the top three levels and features different sets of pleats.
