Are You Ghosting Us? Why You Shouldn’t Leave Your Marketing Team On “Read”
Have you ever “ghosted” a friend or left someone “on read?” Have you ever had an on-again, off-again text or Facebook message conversation, but then suddenly stop replying right after the other person suggests dinner plans or asks an important question? You may have been thinking, “I don’t really want to get into this right now. I’ll just reply later,” or maybe you do respond with a “Can we do this some other time?” before cancelling or postponing dinner plans to next week or next month. This is the idea of “ghosting”– that you slowly disappear from the conversation. It’s one thing to ghost someone socially, but what are the repercussions of ghosting your account managers? Do you ever find yourself asking the following questions? • How can I track the results of my Practice Promotions marketing again? • Have my mailing lists and email lists been growing? • What additional social posts or newsletter custom content should I put together this month?
• How can I get a few website tweaks over to my account manager? • How do I get some Review Generation Rack Cards or an updated Practice Brochure ? The answers to these questions are just a few of the reasons it’s important to not “ghost” your monthly and quarterly calls with your account managers. Your marketing team is one of your most important resources with your PT Marketing Subscription. So if you have questions about your marketing tools or are looking for more ideas to help market your practice, make sure to bring them up with your regular meetings. And most importantly, your marketing team will never leave you and your questions “on read.” They want to make sure you’re seeing results and feeling confident about your marketing tools. They’re not scary– I promise! For more reasons to not ghost your account managers, please visit PracticePromotions.Net/Ghost.
