The Spirit of Trailer Estates
Welcome to something a little different found exclusively within TE Homes & Life- style Magazine! I’m proud to share excerpts as a serialized fiction series I’m writing set right here in our beloved Trailer Estates. Blending local flavor with light mystery, Trailer Estates Mysteries follows Kat Peerce, a new resident who quickly discovers that life by the bay isn’t all sunshine and shuffleboard —it’s also full of secrets, spirits, and surprises. This is a fictional story, inspired by the charm and character of our real community. All names, events, and mysterious hauntings are completely made up — but the setting and “spirit” are pure Trailer Estates. Join in as excerpts are developed and shared allowing the story to unfold within the mag- azine pages. Expect coastal vibes, criminal drama , and yes... a few ghostly twists . Due to space limitations, each edition will include just one scene. To catch up or revisit earlier scenes .
