what excites me most is the backyard oasis. Com- pletely private and designed for entertaining, it fea- tures tropical landscaping, inviting gathering spac- es, a tiki bar, and a beautiful pool area that feels like a personal resort tucked right inside Trailer Estates. It’s a wonderful example of just how elevated coastal living can be within our community. I’m also continuing to enjoy my involvement with Trailer Estates Ocean Air, where we have several upcoming Paint & Sip events planned. These crea- tive gatherings have become such a meaningful way for neighbors and friends to connect, relax, and en- joy time together. Whether you’re here year-round or following along from afar, thank you for continuing to be part of what makes Trailer Estates such a remarkable place to live.
LETTER FROM THE EDITOR
Summer Begins—
As we move into May, Trailer Estates continues to prove something I’ve said many times before — this community does not simply “shut down” after sea- son. While many of our seasonal residents are be- ginning their journeys north, the activity here re- mains strong, vibrant, and very much alive. Sum- mer dances, community gatherings, clubs, and neighborhood friendships continue to keep the spir- it of the park going year-round. From a real estate perspective, I certainly haven’t slowed down. Buyer activity has remained incredi- bly steady, and I currently have eleven deals pend- ing as homes continue moving into contract. One of the most interesting shifts I’m seeing is the growing use of technology to help buyers make decisions from a distance. Virtual walkthroughs and online video tours are allowing buyers to confidently ex- plore homes and narrow down choices long before they arrive in person. This season, I’ve had the pleasure of featuring prop- erties ranging from $99,000 all the way to $375,000, showcasing the incredible variety that exists within Trailer Estates. From charming original park homes to beautifully updated luxury properties, there truly is something here for every lifestyle and vision. In this issue, I’m especially excited to reveal a prop- erty that truly has it all. This luxury home is being offered mostly furnished and features soaring ceil- ings, high-end finishes, a garage, and thoughtful details throughout — including a stunning live-edge wood bar that immediately captures attention.
