In January this year, we completed our annual Member Satisfaction Survey, which is conducted by independent research company, Discovery Research. This survey gives our members the opportunity to tell us what they like and what they dislike, how we can improve and overall satisfaction. We’re grateful to the 2,863 members who took the time to complete this year’s survey. We use the information from the survey responses to futher improve our member experience. Whilst we are pleased with the results, there are still areas that we need to work on to make our member experience even better. Members also reported that they are less likely to shop around for other health funds compared to previous years.
