Dorothy Hone

Having been saved when very young, and having had the privilege of being brought up in a Christian home, I determined to pre pare myself for service for my Lord, and I believe the Lord led me to the Bible Insti tute of Los A ngeles. • M y years at Biola have been years of decision. Classes, instructors, roommates, de votions, fun, and fellowship— all these played a vital part in the moulding of my life. M y first year meant a complete surrender of my

life to God. M y second year proved the ne cessity of complete dependence upon Him for peace in the midst of difficulties and prob lems. And the last two years have brought one lesson after another, finally culminating., now, in my desire and purpose to serve Him on the foreign mission field. Biola has shown me — Christ, and Christ has shown me — life. Could anything be more wonderful than this? —Dorothy Hone.

Dorothy Hone is one of more than 1,000 young people who have received training for Christian service at the Bible Institute of Los Angeles this past year. Today Biola’s graduates are scattered over the face of the earth, giving forth the good news of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ. All students are given this training without cost to them for tuition, the expenses connected therewith being met by the free-will offerings of God’s people. You can have a part in this important work by sponsoring one of our students. The. cost of supporting one student

for one year is $125.00.
