Declutter your home!
Staging a Property We recommend that once you have completed all the paperwork, you should make an appointment as soon as possible to stage your home for sale. We suggest you go through your home room by room to make changes that will:
1. Help buyers envision their own furnishing in your house. 2. Create larger spaces for people to move through. 3. Eliminate tripping or other hazards. 4. Protect your valuables
Keep in mind that if we pack and discard a few things now, it will be less work later.
