Our members populate a wide range of these teams, furthering our mission of Helping Business Succeed. Professional development is a key goal of the organization. ROGUE VALLEY FOUNDATION This Foundation is the 501 (c) (3) non-profit arm of The Chamber. The foundation is structured as a pass-through for organizations, to receive donations while waiting to develop their own 501c3 designations.
