WHO I AM I am a daughter of the King, I am mom to two boys, Maddox 8, Maxwell 2 and wife to Kevin. I am intelligent, but distracted. I am a hard worker who has a dream. I am passionate about the things I love. WHY I LOVE MY PROFESSION I love that I get to teach others how to use movement, breath and meditation to better their relationship with Christ and to heal! WHAT SETS US APART I get to combine my love for fashion and shopping with yoga and Jesus! Our studio is set apart to be a safe place of prayer and meditation at any time. You walk in and immediately feel a sense of peace.
SPECIALTIES We specialize in Trauma Sensitive Yoga taught from a Christian Perspective. We also provide a variety of group classes—YogaFaith Sculpt, Senior Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Yogic Sleep, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and much more. PRODUCTS Our boutique features athleisure wear geared to keep you feeling comfy and cute. We carry sizes XS-3XL.

WHY I LOVE MY PROFESSION Yoga is so much more than just an exercise or stretch. Community is built with yoga. I am given the chance to support, uplift, and love people. I also love how yoga makes us feel. There are so many benefits of yoga: stress relief, aids in protection of injury in sports, improves respiration, strengthens and tones muscles, increases flexibility, and that just to name a few.
