Background and Contribution Louella holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP), a BA (Hons) in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Corporate Communications, and Certificates in Canadian Risk Management (CRM) and Board Governance. She has presented widely at public, not-for-profit and post-secondary sector conferences, and published works on a wide range of topics including food security, corporate social responsibility, and policy interventions to promote tourism in the wine industry. Other Activities and Community Involvement Louella continues to consult widely on board governance matters.
