TITAN TIMES | 2021 YEAR IN REVIEW
11 __
Snow Business The City of Fort McMurray required a snow storage pond for runoff from a new snow storage pad. There were two components to the project: the stormwater management pond was which Titan lined in 2020. This year we completed lining of the snow storage pad. The pond was 16,000m2 in size, while the pad was 41,580m2. Titan supplied and installed 1 layer of SST LLDPE 60mil and 1 layer of geocomposite in both.
Paving the Way with Spartan Road Grid™
This summer, we supplied the City of Winnipeg with 20,000m2 of Spartan Road Grid™ for the reconstruction of a concrete street, which was paved over the grid. The Spartan Road Grid™ solution will help to extend the life and performance of the road while also lowering maintenance costs.
Wrapping Up The Season, Titan Style!
Titan crews worked through the winter weather in late November to install two cells for a water storage pond for a new hog operation. Our crew installed 28,000 m2 60mil HDPE single-sided textured liner in less-than- ideal conditions, and in true Titan style still got the job done in time! Great job team!
