QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE The post requires the managerial background and experience necessary to provide professional, technical and strategic advice at a senior management level within. (Essential) A degree level education plus a post graduate management qualification. (Essential) A professional property qualification, preferably MRICS. (Desirable) Relevant high level technical knowledge and experience of space strategy and property management. (Essential) High level experience in property management in a comparable organisation to include e.g. property acquisitions and disposals, leasehold and freehold contract negotiations, rent reviews etc. (Essential) Experience of leading space and workplace management strategy development and execution across a large scale, diverse and complex estate portfolio. (Essential) Team leadership and management experience. (Essential) Substantial space management, project management and change management experience. (Essential) Strong knowledge and experience of contract management and procurement, cost management and budgeting and supply chain management. (Essential)
