The venue’s side entrance doors will not be open to Guests un\l 7.15am and regrebably, the venue cannot grant any access to those arriving early , so please be sure to \me your arrival.
When You Arrive
Visi=ng Guests: On arrival you will be greeted by our Guest Host, your name checked-off on a list and you’ll be given your namebadge . You’ll also be given 2 x 1-1 Mee=ng Cards . One is marked ‘ Mee$ng 1 ’ and the other, ‘ Mee$ng 2 ’. Please be sure to swap these Cards with 2 people in \me for your 1-1 mee\ngs. You can also place a stack of business cards on the card table, place your mobile on silent and invited to network un\l 7.45am over tea and coffee, when you’ll be seated ready for breakfast and a formal welcome.
Parking:
Parking is easy to find at Cabot Circus (5 mins walk) or directly outside in the NCP Marriob City Centre. The Galleries Shopping Centre Car Park is CLOSED at this \me in the morning.
