SGS continues to invest in new testing capabilities, including those necessary to support the energy transition and reduction of greenhouse gases. We provide testing support to clients starting up industries and processes tailored to renewable energy, materials, and carbon capture. Using our state-of-the-art laboratories, we can test impurities at low ppb levels in carbon dioxide, be it for underground storage or re- use of CO2 (to produce e-fuels), hydrogen at fueling stations or production sites, to ensure you meet quality specifications. We also provide biogenic content analyses on all sorts of matrices, offering a range of specialized technologies and methods, such as LSC (Liquid Scintillation Counting), AMS (Accelerated Mass Spectroscopy) & Selective Dissolution (ISO 21644).
