Appraiser Career Development NYS Requirement Real estate appraisers must complete 28 hours of continuing education (CE) credit each license cycle.

NYSAR members who hold an appraiser license are automatically listed in the Find an Appraiser tool on NYRealEstateAppraisers.com. This tool allows members of the public to find an appraiser by conducting a search in their desired area. Likewise, brokers and agents can search for an appraiser specific to commercial or residential specialties. NYSAR offers residential and commercial practitioners, as well as appraisers, extensive options for expanding knowledge and honing skills. These include REALTOR ® designations, license renewal packages and a host of CE topics. Online Options
