Employee Spotlight
We are proud to introduce... Subeer Ismail, a standout performer at our company, who has consistently achieved an impressive £301 NRPS with a 45% Handset Mix. Known for his fantastic consistency, Subeer is a driven individual who finds motivation in his family, religion, and, of course, money. Subeer describes himself as a laid-back someone who keeps to himself while staying genuine and honest about his feelings.

Subeer comes from a close-knit family with two brothers and is the middle child. In his free time, he enjoys playing football, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with his family, especially his nephew. Subeer also has a hidden talent for rapping, and while he's not a professional rapper, those who have heard him say he could be great at it!
When he's not chilling with his family or watching sports on TV, Subeer dreams of working remotely from the beautiful island of Zanzibar. He loves the idea of the stunning views, warm weather, and the simple, beachy lifestyle. It's no surprise that traveling to Zanzibar is also on his bucket list! Stay tuned to learn more about Subeer's journey and what keeps him motivated in our upcoming Employee Spotlight article.

As the Euro's tournament came to an end, each of our Intelling sites found unique and exciting ways to celebrate every week. From driving performance with football-themed activities to engaging in friendly competitions, we made sure the spirit of the game was alive and kicking! Every week brought a new football-related challenge: game predictions, kick-ups, minute-to-win-it contests, and thrilling penalty shootouts. Our teams showed incredible enthusiasm and creativity, turning each event into a memorable experience. While the actual results of the Euro's might have been a mixed bag of emotions for some, here at Intelling, we all had a fantastic time getting in on the action and celebrating together. Her previous experience in the ER team has significantly shaped her outlook, helping her understand colleagues' concerns and reinforcing the importance of fostering enthusiasm. Personal growth is paramount to Suman, both in her professional and personal life. As an ambassador, her personality naturally aligns with the role. She is motivated by the opportunity to inspire others, leveraging her experiences to encourage growth and positivity within the community. For Parichaya, engaging in conversation is not just a profession but a healing art. Durban Site Updates Marking Nelson Mandela Day With Kindness And Charity In July, our team in South Africa honoured Nelson Mandela Day by giving back to the community. To commemorate this special occasion, we donated 40 loaves of bread to those in need in Durban. This act of kindness reflects the spirit of Mandela's legacy, reminding us of the importance of compassion and support for one another. We're proud of our team's efforts to make a positive impact and continue the legacy of Madiba.

Durban Site Updates Exploring the stories behind the titles! Durban recently kicked off an exciting leadership session titled "Unmasking You", bringing a fresh approach to team engagement. This innovative session encouraged leaders to step beyond traditional boundaries, revealing their true selves and sharing personal stories and engage in meaningful conversations. The focus was on fostering authentic communication and building trust laying the groundwork for deeper and more enhanced team dynamics. And the best part? Durban Site Updates In July, Africa’s biggest horse racing event brought a wave of excitement to our Intelling SA site. Our team dove into the festivities with a fashion show themed "Ride the Wave," and it was an absolute blast! Teams danced and sashayed their way down the homemade runway in stunning outfits. From fancy headgear to creative showstoppers made from recycled materials, the creativity was off the charts. The day was packed with fun, amazing outfits, and great teamwork. We want to give a special shout out to our amazing associates, Pete McKie, Jake Grimshaw, Qasim Ali, Madiha Khan, Eon Joseph. These exceptional team members have completed a cross sell during July, successfully selling a Virgin Media Broadband package to O2 customers. This achievement is part of a 3-month trial where these associates were pre- selected to test the Virgin Media cross sell activity. It’s fantastic that they have all sold a package within their first couple of weeks! A big focus for VMO2 is having multi-skilled associates, and we’re proud that Jade’s and Rupal’s teams have been selected to trial this special activity. So again, well done to Pete, Jake, Qasim, Madiha, and Eon.
