We want to give a special shout out to our amazing associates, Pete McKie, Jake Grimshaw, Qasim Ali, Madiha Khan, Eon Joseph. These exceptional team members have completed a cross sell during July, successfully selling a Virgin Media Broadband package to O2 customers. This achievement is part of a 3-month trial where these associates were pre- selected to test the Virgin Media cross sell activity. It’s fantastic that they have all sold a package within their first couple of weeks! A big focus for VMO2 is having multi-skilled associates, and we’re proud that Jade’s and Rupal’s teams have been selected to trial this special activity. So again, well done to Pete, Jake, Qasim, Madiha, and Eon.
