Pizza Challenge at Peju

Oct. 19: Life in Red Art Series—Masquerade Mask Embellishment in The Red Room Head to the Read Room at Raymond Vineyards, 1584 St. Helena Highway in St. Helena, on Oct. 19 for the Art Series: Masquerade Mask Embellishment class. Led by a professional artist from Nimbus Arts, guests will design ornate masks using feathers, jewels and metallic accents. The class runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and all materials are provided, along with a glass of Raymond wine. Tickets are $95 per person or $75 for wine members. Nov. 1: Día de Los Muertos Celebrate Día de Los Muertos at Artesa Vineyard & Winery, 1345 Henry Road in Napa, on Oct. 25 from 7 to 10 p.m. Enjoy music by DJ Kirill, face painting, a communal altar, raffle and a complimentary welcome glass of wine. Costumes are encouraged and guests are invited to bring a photo of a loved one to honor. Mexican food will be available from a local taco truck, with Artesa wines by the glass for purchase. Must be 21- plus to attend. Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased on artesawinery.com.

Oct. 18: Pizza Challenge at Peju On Oct. 18 join Chef Nic for the Peju Pizza Challenge, a hands-on culinary experience around a Mugnaini wood- fired oven. Hosted at Peju Winery, 8466 St. Helena Highway in Rutherford, guests team up to craft custom pizzas with unique toppings that pair perfectly with Peju wines. The event runs from noon to 3 p.m. After enjoying appetizer pies, relax with live music and a family- style wine-pairing lunch. Tickets are $155 per person or $125 for club members. Oct. 26: Pumpkin Carving & Brunch Join Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch, 738 Main St. in St. Helena, for their annual Pumpkin Carving & Brunch. Wander the apple meadow to pick your perfect pumpkin, carve it at the hay bale station and enjoy a delicious brunch. On your way out, pick up your pumpkin to show off to trick-or-treaters. There are reservation time slots available between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tickets are $25 for children 12 and under and $85 for adults. To purchase tickets, head to longmeadowranch.com .
