Burning Ham 2025 The 11th annual Burning Ham on Sept. 20 welcomed grilling teams and hungry guests for a day filled with pulled pork, baby back ribs, a roasted pig and bacon-themed sides and desserts. Held at Penngrove Park, 11850 Main St. in Penngrove, the family-friendly event featured games, drinks and live music by Dustin Saylor. The general admission price of $55 included unlimited barbecue tastings and entertainment, while VIP guests enjoyed shaded seating, table service and drink tickets. Attendees flocked to each barbecue tent when it was time to sample ribs and a bacon dessert prepared by each competitor.
Dustin Saylor and his band performed country hits throughout the event.
Voting categories included best ribs, pulled pork, bacon side and bacon dessert.
