Click on service catalog, then use one of the two options below Option 1 - Select New Starter equipment and software (this is a colleague processed through success factors i.e. replacement or new headcount)
Once completed and approved by the reporting manager, the task will be auto generated and assigned to the relevant person or team to complete.
There is a standard 10 working day lead time on requests, as further costing and checks/authorisations may be required.

IT will send the manager details regarding the user account, and ask to confirm starter date and handover, as well as address for any hardware to be sent. This will then be confirmed and the request completed.
Log into heat by clicking HERE, and select ‘service catalog’ You will need to log into the VPN prior to gain access.
Complete the request selecting what hardware and software options the colleague needs - this includes any access to shared mail boxes.
Option 2 - Select New start off payroll (this request is raised when requesting none perm colleague such as third party or temp -- someone not processed through success factors)
