Urbis acts on behalf of Dellcorp Pty Ltd and have been instructed to lodge a planning permit application for a development at the above site. The proposal is for the development of the site for a liquor tenancy of 282 square metres leasable floor area with associated carparking and drive through area. Planning approval is also sought for the use of land for the sale of packaged liquor under Clause 52.27 and for proposed advertising signage under Clause 52.05 of the Moira Planning Scheme. The site is located on Commercial 1 Zoned land within central Cobram. The proposed development represents a strategic opportunity at the site for the tenancy to contribute to the retail offering and employment opportunities within commercially zoned land in central Cobram.
