Meet the Team Krizha What I enjoy most about working here is spending time with the residents and seeing them happy and engaged in the activities we create. As part of the lifestyle team, I love organising events that bring joy, connection, and laughter to their day. It is very rewarding to know that even small moments can make a big difference to their wellbeing and quality of life. I also enjoy the warm and welcoming environment we have here. The residents, staff, and families create a friendly community where everyone supports each other. It feels more like a home than just a workplace, and that makes it a very special place to work. I arrived in Australia in 2024 and haven’t really travelled much yet. I would love to explore more places around Australia and experience snow for the first time. I’ve always wanted to see and try it since I have never experienced a real winter before. Before moving to Australia, I lived in the Philippines where I studied a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and completed one semester of law school. Even though my background is different, I am very happy working as a lifestyle assistant here in Australia. It brings me so much joy.
