Vivek has helped achieve sustainability goals for the region through new projects such as plant-based water bottles whilst also supporting CSR initiatives which included partnerships with the Make-A-Wish foundation and charity drives for the Red Crescent during the pandemic and recent floods in Pakistan. He championed special projects on governance, implementation, and roll-out of departure interviews, HR Analytics, and Employee Engagement programs, which helped reduce the region's attrition rate by 5%.
