SLAD and THAD organized a town hall celebration to launch the “ Moments of Joy ” program .
The Shang keepers opened the event with a creative video showcasing their skills in welcoming guests through their imaginative towel art. Our guests also shared first- hand about our colleagues’ warmth, care, and service attentiveness during their stays and dining experiences. The launch was well represented and welcomed by the colleagues enjoying the fun-fare activities such as a theatrical act, a group dance, and street food delights.
