Notable Capital Improvement Projects Lincoln-Eliot Elementary at 150 Jackson Road 2

A renovation and new addition project at 150 Jackson Road has been completed. This is the district’s second all electric building. The project meets the needs of the Lincoln-Eliot School, including facility and site improvements and accessibility, needed playground, and field space. The project was budgeted to cost $47 million with funding sources from Bonding/ARPA. Countryside Elementary School Project 3 The Countryside School project is in the construction phase in partnership with the Massachusetts School Building Authority, MSBA. Construction of the building began in the summer of 2025 and was expected to be completed in the summer of 2027. The project is budgeted to cost $61 million with funding sources from MSBA/ARPA. Students are expected to move back around winter of 2027. Franklin Elementary School Project 4 The Franklin School project is in the construction phase which began in the summer of 2025 and expected to be completed in the summer of 2027. Students are expected to move back around winter of 2027.
