In creating any book of this type, there is a significant amount of work that takes place before a single word can be written. When asked for help and support, management, members past and present, professionals past and present and many others have willingly stepped up to the plate. Special recognition and thanks must go to three members, Les Hines, Peter Dixon and Eric Marwood, who have gone above and beyond to not only make sure the book is a fitting tribute to the first 50 years of Badgemore Park as a club but also to create a book that members, both past and present, as well as anyone who does not know the club will hopefully enjoy perusing. There have been many contributors to the creation of the book and at the risk of missing somebody out, a list of those is provided right. Thank you very much, Les, Peter and Eric for the many hours it took to create such a wonderful record.
