I am humbled to be sharing my story as a new Executive Diamond leader. A leadership level that was made possible by my heartbeat, Team Powerhouse abantu bam abahle, abathandwalizulu! THE REALITY OF THE JOURNEY “The year 2025 marks exactly 5 years of a long wait since I became a Triple Diamond leader. Getting to a new status was not a challenge back then, but with ED, the wait was too long, but never too late. I had forgotten that there is a new level ahead of TD until my team proved my relaxation mode wrong and take me out of it. It was the 23rd of September 2025 when I went to Dubai in Abu Dhabi in a Muslim Mosque to pray, the only thing I mentioned to God was that when I came back home, I needed a new status, and God delivered. In October 2025, collectively as a team, we fought with hope, and we conquered. I did not get this status by luck or a miracle; it is the result of a team that hit 50,000 Group PV together. I will never forget moments when my team reassured me of their willingness to push for me to get to ED. They were more goal-driven than I was. They ordered me to exit my group, my group, so that they can work in peace with no disturbance. I get easily stressed and quick to stress those around me. Phumla Ndamase, when you ordered me to remove myself from our group, I didn’t know you were planning a later well-executed plan. For those ten days, I felt cold and left out, but the results speak for themselves. Ndiyabulela mka Faku, Ngqungqushe, Nyawuza.” I want to thank the leaders who have been my constant support. Your constant calls and checking up on me never went unnoticed. Nindenze umntu ebantwini. Ndiyabulela. To TEAM POWERHOUSE collectively up to the 4th generation, together with distributors across the globe, enkosi, those long calls meant a lot to me. To every leader who supported me in this journey: ukwanda kwaliwa ngumthakathi, anibukenjalo uThixo...nibaninzi, and I can never mention all your names. Hayibo (Bendingubanindize ndithandwe kangaka lizulu). SACRIFICE AND SERVICE In my business journey, I have travelled across provinces and borders preaching the INUKA gospel. Not for the status, but because of a passion I have for my business and seeing others grow.
If these were my last days on earth, I would be saying “ndiyekeni ndiphumle ndisebenzilefor le business” with so much passion, but this is the beginning of a new chapter, and I will still work my way up. I was born a leader; I live by my positive values daily.
Many homes have their dignity restored because I said YES to INUKA BUSINESS.
I quote, John Quincy Adams said, ‘If your actions inspire others to dream more... you are a leader.
The Symbolism of Time
Leaders, it doesn’t matter how long it takes or for you to get to the next level, keep on grinding. I did it and will continuously do it.
Alma gave me a watch during my Triple Diamond stage recognition, which is a reminder that izinto zika Thixo ziyalindwa (the things of God are worth the wait). Exodus 14:14 tells us that the Lord will fight for us while we remain still. I came across a quote by Baby Landlord saying: Fear has two meanings : Forget everything and run, OR FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE.
That is the true reflection of my journey; I forgot everything, faced everything, and rose.
GRATITUDE & CLOSING “To my husband, Mvelase—our home is warm because of your support. To my kids and entire family, your prayers were my shield. To my business mother, Tholeka Ludidi: kudekwalapha uThixo esinceda. Wandinceda wena for introducing me to INUKA. Team Powerhouse, in the famous words of Lunga Sigidi: ASIZONCAMA! We are not done. This is not the end; it is simply the beginning of a higher chapter. IN CLOSING As leaders with teams, we should not expect obedience rather inspire it.

I spent my weekends on the road spreading the word because it is my passion ... I benefited, sometimes did not, I gained, and sometimes lost. However, I am in awe of the work I have done for everyone under my leadership and outside of it.
