W e built DD through consistency, which I say “WE” because I wasn’t alone when building this, but with my team. We believed in ourselves. We called our team “Team Double Diamond” way before we achieved it. We owned DD a long time ago, and we worked for it every single month. Every first week of the INUKA sales month, I host five day presentations by different leaders, equipping new Members and emphasising the business guide to existing Members. When these presentations are done, each presenter starts with their journey to encourage the whole team. This activity has built confidence and enthusiasm among many leaders. A confident and determined leader becomes fearless and unstoppable. At least once a fostered discipline, built momentum, and established trust and reliability. We built through small, daily, and persistent actions. quarter, I host presentations in Port Elizabeth, collaborating with other leaders around Port Elizabeth. This has helped my team to grow stronger and bigger. I am now a Double Diamond leader because of the teamwork of Team Rags to Riches. I groom and release, but no one is big enough to be immune to challenges, so I check up on my leaders and assist where I can. Thank you to each and every leader who has done presentations for my team, maz’enethole. Special thanks to my team for always pushing with me and understanding the mandate, Sobonana phambili. Thanks to INUKA staff for the amazing support, for believing in us, and for pushing us beyond what we believe are our limits.
