M y name is Zenzile Portia Dlamini, the first INUKA “BLACK” Diamond Leader who joined the INUKA Business in 2018. I am fearlessly and confidently wearing my crown as a Diamond Leader today because my hard work, commitment, and consistency have finally paid off. My journey was not easy, but with God’s grace, the impossible turns into possible. Believing that perseverance is the mother of success, I realised that I am capable of overcoming INUKA challenges regardless of my circumstances to grow my business. This would not have been possible without my upline, who saw potential in me, and I will be forever grateful for that. I have worked tirelessly to create a strong and consistent team with a solid team spirit. Through conducting ongoing training online, via WhatsApp groups, and engaging face to face, I have done this with gratitude to ensure that we all grow and succeed in the business. I have been privileged enough to mentor team Members from different backgrounds and age groups, with different mindsets. This has taught me to accept and treat everyone equally, with no favouritism, focusing more on a strength based approach. This has helped me identify their strengths and work towards improving their weaknesses so that they remain active Members. Within the team, I have also managed to identify Members with strong leadership skills who are willing to transfer knowledge and information to other team Members. This has helped to close the gap whenever I am unavailable or absent, and it has influenced their level of motivation and encouraged them to willingly do what is expected of them as INUKA Distributors. This ensures that they remain active Members and benefit from the six ways of earning from the INUKA business. This strategy played a crucial role during a time of hardship when I was hospitalised for two months. The team’s sustainability did not suffer, and I was also able to maintain my status. To my team, thank you for believing in me and trusting that I can be a true leader to you. Seeing you grow and achieve new statuses is my constant source of motivation to keep supporting and mentoring you. I have been able to identify my greatest strength and competence in leadership through
mentoring you. Thank you, team, for your hard work and team spirit. I would not trade you for anything because you are the best team ever, TEAM ZENZY. To Mom Alma Ndlovukazi, the Founder, this business is a life changer. I have learned to be fearless and unstoppable because of the INUKA business. I now believe and trust that nothing is impossible in life, only the sky is the limit. Mom Alma, I will be forever grateful to God for revealing and planting such an amazing business idea in your heart. Most importantly, I am grateful that God planted this idea in someone who has a heart of gold like yours, because this business has not only benefited you and your family, but the whole nation. I might have grown up in poverty, but today I walk with my head held high because of the INUKA Business. Mom Alma, I have been able to build my home from scratch, not renovate, because I had no will or legacy before. I am now owning a second car in my life, which I paid for using INUKA benefits and incentives. My older son is enrolling at the University of Zululand in Richards Bay, and I had no fear that he might not qualify for financial aid because I have my INUKA Business to cover all tertiary fees and other necessary costs. My last born will soon join him, and I will manage as a single mom. Lastly, today I consider myself an entrepreneur because I took a leap of faith and joined the INUKA Business, and I will be forever grateful to God for this opportunity.
