Allow me to reintroduce myself. I am Asisipho Sibanga, a Diamond Leader from the Eastern Cape Province.I am grateful to God for making this achievement possible. When I joined the INUKA business, I was never recruited. I just saw a WhatsApp status from one of my contacts and reached out for more information, but she never responded. Out of curiosity, I asked one of my high school friends, Kamva Nonzinyana, to get me into contact with someone who was selling so I could join. Even after finding someone to help me join, I had no idea what I was doing because it was not clearly explained to me. All I wanted was to join the business and sell perfumes. At that time, I was a full time student. I started advertising on WhatsApp and finally got three clients who ordered a Hair Combo, Lady Million Set, and Creed Aventus for Him perfume. The sad part was that two never paid me. I only got paid by the gentleman who bought the Creed Aventus perfume, but I never stopped the business. As I was still young, I got distracted along the way by many things, but I knew why I joined the business. I finished the year 2020 with no recruits, but I was focusing more on selling. Moving into 2021, I continued working hard and my business was growing well, while I was still busy with school at the same time. As the year started, I also got my first recruits and things became better. I started doing Club 100 to help grow my business. The aim was to get R12,000 with the hope of earning the bonus, which would assist me with startup furniture as my school term was coming to an end and I had to find a way of leaving residence and getting my own place. In 2022, I received my annual bonus of R12,000 and bought my furniture, including using savings I made from INUKA cash sales and volume rebates. In 2022, I started selling in town full time. That is where I gained many clients, got new recruits, and things improved as I decided to double my pillars to boost my business. Being a full time street vendor is not child’s play. A lot happened. I was undermined by
my peers and faced many challenges in town, including conflict with older women because we all wanted money. I had to stand up for myself because I had no one but myself. I will forever be grateful to my mum, as she has always been my number one supporter.
In 2023, I built a house at home using cash from my INUKA annual bonuses, including my savings throughout the year.
In 2024, I bought my first car cash. Business was still going well, and in 2025 I bought my second car cash. All these purchases were made possible through the INUKA usiness.
Participating in the annual challenges and maintaining savings made everything possible.
To my incredible team, “TEAM BOSSESS,” we did it. In 2025 we worked hard, maintaining Sapphire status even during dry seasons. It was all an attempt towards Diamond status, and we made it happen. Achieving Diamond status does not happen overnight. These are the results of hard work and dedication. The best part is that we made it with 7000 GPVs. Team Bossess, thank you for choosing me as your upline. I appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for allowing yourselves to be teachable. I love you guys. To my mentor, Sethu Mpetho, I cannot thank you enough for being such a wonderful mentor to me. Your guidance and support helped me achieve so much growth, personally and business wise.
