Sally is typical of thousands of boys and girls who live in out- of-the-way rural communities throughout America. Many miles from the nearest church, these children never hear the Gospel story. The gifts of Christian friends enable us to send missionaries to these isolated communities to start Sunday schools. Today 160 mis sionaries are working in many parts of the country. Your prayerful support will enable us to send more missionaries to tell more boys and girls of Jesus’ love. Will you help today? H EA R T OF THE LESSON The Christian faith is one of song. David said, “ . . . he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God” (Ps. 4 0 :3 ). There is nothing gloomy or pessimistic about the gospel. Let us think along this line in our meeting today. S T U D Y QU EST ION S 1. In Psalm 40:3 who is it that gives the believer his song? 2. What kind of a song is mentioned in the above text? W hat is meant by “a new song” ? 3. Did music have an important place in the worship of God in Old Testament times? (1 Chr. 2 5 :6 ,7 .) Do you think music should have a place in the Chris tian church? W h y? How should music be expressed in the worship of our Lord? 4. How was music used in 2 Chr. 20: 21? Discuss how music can encourage the Christian to fight the good fight of faith. 5. According to Eph. 5:18 what is the first prerequisite of happiness in the be liever’s heart? W hat does it mean to be “ filled” with the Holy Spirit? How is the believer filled with the Spirit? 6 . Does Eph. 5:19 refer to public or private praise to God, or both? 7. What is the fountain of Christian song according to Eph. 5:19? Discuss the absolute necessity of having Christ in the heart in order that one may sing and make melody in his heart. Here is a good

By Charles L. Feinberg "Come quickly . . . Lord Jesus," the cry of the Evangelist echoes in the hearts of earnest Christians. More than ever there is seeking for a sound understanding of the events predicted for the great last days in which so many believe we are living. Here Is the Answer This book ably embodies a profound grasp of Bible teaching but presents great truths simply, readably, arrestingly. Its expository riches will delight you. In demonstrating that the premillennial view is harmonious, self-consistent and based on the infallible authority of the Scriptures, Dr. Feinberg fairly presents all opposing views and he searches the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation in mak ing clear the Kingdom idea, the Rapture, the Tribulation, the Resurrections and the Judgments. Don't miss this scholarly yet fascinating summary of God's program for the end time. A big volume— big every way. $4.00 Today from Y our Bookstore or
