Ingredients
½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 4 large eggs 1 small can (15 oz) pumpkin puree 1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups granulated sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vegetable oil. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined. Prepare the Pan: Pour the batter into an 11x17-inch baking pan (a cookie sheet with sides). Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
