MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 cup sour cream 4 oz cream cheese (softened) Garlic powder, to taste 1 cup shredded cheese (for topping)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
