ORI studios use smart, movable furniture systems that expand and contract to transform your space. With a push of a button, the bed lifts, and the room opens for more living area.
Q What is an ORI apartment? A
Q How is an ORI studio different from a regular studio?
A You get the function of a one-bedroom in the footprint of a studio, plus built-in furniture, (Queen bed and sofa).
2. How The System Works
Q How does the lift bed work?
A Wall-Mounted Square Button: Press the ORI square button to raise or lower the bed. ORI Living App: Use the ORI mobile app to control the bed from your smartphone. The app gives you the same functionality as the wall control so you can transform your space with a tap from anywhere.

Is the system safe to use?
A Ori’s proprietary obstacle protection feature automatically stops all movement when the system feels about 20lb of pressure, or the force of just two fingers. Ori’s systems are also UL962 approved and listed, which includes safety testing related to fire, stability, materials, and other situations.

What happens if the power goes out?
A All Ori systems can be operated manually when the power is out. Unplug the system to ensure the power is not on, then gently push or pull the bed out so you can go to bed.
3. Living Experience
Yes. ORI units create an open living area when the bed is lifted, giving you room for a sofa, workspace, fitness mat, or dining setup.

A Yes, depending on lifestyle habits. With built-in storage, flexible layout, and efficient design, two people can comfortably share the space.
Q What furniture is included?
A Built-in queen size bed with protective cover and integrated lighting are included. Built-in high quality sofa included.
Q Can I use my own mattress?
A You may replace the mattress on your Cloud Bed, but it must be done with assistance from our maintenance team. Because the bed is a calibrated mechanical system, attempting to change the mattress yourself could cause injury or damage.
4. Cost
A Pricing reflects the added value of built-in furniture, flexible living, and space efficiency. Compared to a traditional studio plus buying furniture, ORI is often a better value.

A Yes. There are no added charges for the ORI furniture or its app features.
Ori utilizes low voltage electric motors in our product technology, keeping costs low and energy efficiency high. When in motion, our Cloud Bed uses just one tenth the power of a hairdryer.

Submit a maintenance request through your resident portal. Our team is trained to service ORI systems quickly.

A You can clean the surface of your Ori furniture with a soft rag and a furniture safe all-purpose cleaner.

A Yes. ORI systems are covered by a manufacturer warranty and supported by our maintenance staff.
