Solent Regional representative, Paul Cunningham led the meeting which was hosted by the South Hampshire College Group (SHCG). Results of the survey of BIFA Members were shared, giving a strong indication of the specific topics and skills that should be included in future SHCG courses. Customs knowledge was top of the list and BIFA’s collaboration with SHCG will be a vital part of the justification for future funding of logistics courses for its students. Sharon Mole, HMRC, answered questions on a range of Customs- related matters just ahead of the final switch to CDS for exports. The BIFA team gave further advice and there was lively
