25 CFR 558.3 Granting of Gaming Licenses
1. AFTER Notice of Results (NOR) is provided to NIGC, a tribe may license a KE/PMO. 2. NIGC must be notified within 30 days of the issuance of a gaming license. 3. KE/PMO not licensed after 90-days shall not be permitted to perform the duties of a KE/PMO until so licensed. 4. Tribes must notify NIGC with an NOR if a license is not issued. 558.3(d)(1) and (2). 5. Tribes must notify NIGC with an NOR if license is revoked. 558.3(e)(1) and (2). 6. A tribe shall retain for no less than three (3) years from the date of termination of employment:
