Regional Facilities Manager (North West) Head of Facilities Management Home based, with occasional travel to Stockport or London office
Overview We are looking to hire a full-time Regional Facilities Manager to work within the growing Facilities Management (FM) team and specifically reporting to the Head of FM. The role is key to the strategic management plan of the company and will focus on 20-25 Multi Let Industrial properties across a region. The primary focus will be to improve communication and service delivery to each of the properties, engaging with suppliers, occupiers and Asset Management to provide service excellence.
