BEING CONSISTENT DAY IN AND DAY OUT
challenge set for us INUKA MEMBERS, and I try by all means to achieve them. I work towards every challenge and do not buy into my results. My mentor Toleka Ludidi taught me to work hard for results instead of buying results because buying the results won’t sustain those results. I believe in enjoying every status you achieve and maintaining the level every quarter before working for the following status. I enjoyed my Sapphire Status. I earned good Volume Rebates and Quarterly Maintenance Bonuses. I draw strength from my team and family, who are a bunch of dreamers. We believe in ourselves, and we push against all odds. I have introduced almost everyone from my family to my INUKA Business, and we support each other. My team amazed me when I told them we were about 200 Group PV’s short of Diamond Status. They said: “ASIJIKI SESILAPHA” (we are not turning back), and they placed orders. I have no words to thank them enough. I guess it goes back to building a good strong relationship with your team. I would advise every INUKA Member to stay focused. Remember, no one’s journey is the same. Do not compete with anyone but yourself. I am not saying to be comfortable. NO, work hard. DO NOT FAKE ANY RESULTS. Whatever you do must make financial sense. It would help if you had projects you are always looking forward to achieving that will push you to work hard. Once you accomplish that project, you will gain more strength and set more goals. Set targets for each sales month. You will enjoy the journey and look forward to the next sales day.
I joined INUKA on 17 October 2018 while writing 3rd-year exams. By profession, I am a PROFESSIONAL NURSE. Ever since I joined, I never looked back. I wanted to make a success of my INUKA Business. I believed in myself and knew that my dreams were valid and that I would fulfill them with this business. I started with nothing but R1300 for Medium Business Kit and FAITH. It has been a beautiful journey full of achievements, challenges, sacrifices, and sweat but mostly consistency. Ever since I received my kit, I have been consistent day in and day out. I allowed myself to grow. I allowed myself to be taught by those with experience in business and leadership positions I see myself in one day. I implemented every single possible strategy that I could. I attended presentations conducted in PORT ELIZABETH. It took me 4 years to groom my team to DIAMOND STATUS. I started from nothing and mainly recruited students, meaning they had no money to invest in the business, but we pushed with the little we had. I named my team RAGS TO RICHES because I started from literally nothing. Recruiting is the heart of our business, but grooming the team is the heart’s blood vessels. You need to groom everyone in your downlines, even beyond level 4. Build a strong relationship with your downlines. Be accessible to your team. Leading by example goes a long way. You can’t preach consistency, whereas as a leader, you are not consistent. Every off day I go and set up my INUKA stall. I preach, posting every day on Social Media, and I post every day. I preach working towards every
