Kris Stout Kris serves as Executive Vice President of International Ministries, overseeing 87 international fields and over 1,600 missionaries alongside a dedicated home office team. His journey began with a childhood conversion led by his father and a pivotal summer camp experience at Word of Life Island at age 13 that ignited his passion for global ministry. After attending Word of Life Bible Institute in New York and Argentina, he married Debbie in 1995, and together they pioneered Word of Life's ministry in France for a decade before returning to the United States to support international fields worldwide all while raising their four children: Natalia, Micka, Luc, and Lyric.

Meet Your Speaker Weekend 2 / February 20–22

Kyle Gray I was raised in a pastors home so I heard the Gospel from a very young age. I remember being in the car with my dad and asking him how could I have Jesus in my heart like my older brother. That day he walked me back through the beautiful truth of how Christ died in my place to pay for my sins. And that He rose again to prove He had defeated death and the grave. He told me that by grace through faith I could have a personal relationship with Christ.

Meet Your Speaker Weekend 3 / February 27 – March 1

Dustin Zerwas Dustin, known affectionately at camp as “Wonka,” serves as Youth & Activities Pastor at First Baptist Eugene, bringing passion, experience, and a deep love for students and families to the role. Born in Minnesota and raised in Florida, Dustin and his family moved to Eugene in February 2024, following a clear sense of calling to serve in what’s known as the largest unchurched city of its size in the nation. Dustin has been involved in youth ministry since he was just 12 years old and has spent over 11 years as a youth pastor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College of Florida and a Master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. His heart is to see young people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and build lifelong community. Dustin and his wife, Natalie, are high school sweethearts and have been happily married for 20 years. Together, they’ve built a vibrant, joy-filled home through the adoption of nine incredible children: Randall, Ashton, Isaac, Bentley, Aiden, Alexia, Callie, Grayson, and Jace. Life in the Zerwas home is always an adventure full of laughter, love, and activity. As a family, they love hiking, collecting interesting rocks for their yard, enjoying movie nights, and playing games together.
