Firstly, I would like to thank God for the gift of life and the grace to be where I am today. To our amazing INUKA founder, thank you for creating a platform that empowers us to grow, not only financially but also personally. Your vision continues to change lives, and I am proud to be part of this journey. To my upline, Double Diamond Princess Ndlovu, I bless the day you invited me to join the business. Thank you for your mentorship and constant support. My journey has been a transformative experience that has shaped me into a more confident and resilient individual. In the early days, I struggled with fear, doubt, inconsistency, and limiting beliefs. For an entire year, I managed to bring only one recruit into the business. I felt stuck and uncertain about my ability to grow and lead. But everything changed in 2022. That year became my turnaround point. I started my Club 40 journey, committed myself to attending trainings, and, most importantly, I began practicing what I was being taught. Step by step, I pushed myself beyond my comfort zone, recruiting, guiding, and promoting my team. I learnt that leadership is not about having followers, but about making a positive impact and empowering people to duplicate the business fundamentals so they can achieve success for themselves.
To my family and my husband, Bongani, thank you for your encouragement and support. I share this achievement with you.
To my team, I am blessed to be your leader and honoured to receive this recognition on our behalf. This status is a testament to our hard work, commitment, and resilience. Each and every one of you is valued, and your efforts are truly appreciated. And to the leader who has been around for a while and might feel stuck, I want to remind you that I was once there too. At one point, I struggled to maintain my Emerald status and even missed some high tea events. That did not deter me. Instead, it became a moment of reflection, a chance to go back to the drawing board and return to the basics. Through perseverance and personal growth, I kept moving forward until I finally reached Diamond status. It was not luck. It was consistency, learning, unlearning, and choosing courage over fear. If you are reading this, let my journey remind you to keep trying. Stay consistent. Believe in your growth. Your breakthrough begins the moment you decide to give it your all and refuse to give up.
