NAMIBIA JOIN DATE : 4 JANUARY 2024 NEW DIAMOND HILENI SAMUEL
VIDEO PREVIEW
I am 53 years old, and I started my INUKA journey on 4 January 2024. I am a widow and a mother of three beautiful children, but I do not see myself as a widow. I am here to restore hope and dignity for widows and single mothers, and I speak on their behalf through this business. “Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy” (Psalm 126:5). When I joined INUKA, all I wanted was R6 000 for my daughter’s university fees. I never imagined I would earn triple that amount as a salary, excluding profits. I thank God for blessing us with a loving and caring Mother, Alma Ndlovukazi Gericke, for this business, and for a wonderful team and loyal customers. Thank you to my siblings, Lady J and Bix, for their unwavering support, and to my children, Barmann, George and Iyaloo, for helping deliver products and assisting customers. Standing here as a Diamond achiever is both humbling and fulfilling. This recognition reflects countless moments of hard work, persistence and faith that define the true spirit of INUKA. Success loves speed. I became an Emerald in my joining month, a Sapphire in Month 8, and the first Namibian to qualify for the Thailand trip within four months of joining. When I joined, I had no idea how transformative this journey would be. I faced doubt, hesitation and rejection. There were days when I questioned myself, when I heard more “no’s” than I could count. But one truth kept me going: if I stay consistent, keep marketing my business and keep showing up, results will come. And they did. INUKA taught me that success does not come overnight. It comes through commitment, consistency and belief. Every conversation, every product demonstration, every follow-up and every social media post matters. Even when it feels like no one is watching, someone is always observing your dedication. That is how opportunities begin. But no one succeeds alone. My growth would not have been possible without my team, the Rockets, the INUKA Goal Achievers and all the incredible partners who trusted, supported and walked this journey with me. Together, we learned, failed, improved and celebrated each other’s milestones.
To my team and to all INUKA partners here, never underestimate the power of teamwork. When you help others grow, you grow too. Build people, and people will build a sustainable business. Another lesson I have learned is gratitude. Gratitude turns challenges into opportunities and effort into joy . I am grateful for every customer who trusted my service, for every mentor who shared wisdom and even for every moment of rejection that strengthened me. Rejection is not personal. It is part of the process. It builds character and prepares you for greater success. To those still on the journey, keep marketing your business. Do not wait for motivation; create it through action. Talk about your products. Share your story. Let people see your passion, results and commitment. The more you market, the more visible you become, and the more doors will open. Consistency is the difference between wishful thinking and true achievement. Show up every day, even on the days you do not feel like it. Success does not always shout; it often whispers through discipline and daily effort.
As I look back, I see more than sales or rankings. I see growth, confidence and impact. And I know this is only the beginning.
So today, I leave you with this: Keep working hard. Keep building your team. Stay grateful, consistent and committed. And above all, keep marketing your business with passion and pride, because you never know whose life you might inspire next. Impact one family at a time.
If I can do it, so can you. Your success story is waiting. All it takes is courage, consistency and commitment.
Thank you, and congratulations to all my fellow INUKA achievers. Together, let us rise, inspire and show the world what is possible when we believe in our dreams.
