High 5 Time is NOW! After 10 years of the Training High 5 being a part of the summer conference, we’re moving it to the winter conference to give these practical gems even more play. The winners will submit a brief video presentation of their ideas to open up the recognition for those who aren’t able to join us in-person at the conference. Do you have a brilliant idea, simple solution, or blinding flash of the obvious you want to share? It doesn’t matter if it’s a fun training game, a complex rollout strategy, or even just clever new signage, as long as it is a practical idea that other hospitality trainers would like to hear about, we would love to include it. Submit your idea by January 15 , and if selected, it will be featured at the Charlotte conference in March.
