Guest Policies

Lately we have had many questions about guests, in all areas of the Club. Below is a quick review of the Club’s Guest Policies.

Members may bring guests to the Club at designated times and are subject to such rules and policies as established by Club Management, including the payment of applicable guest fees. At the time of making any reservations, the Member must give the Club the names of all individuals who will be joining them for club activities, except for dining and/or member events. Members must ensure that their guests are adhering to the Dress Code of the Club and are responsible for the conduct of, all obligations and debts incurred by, and any damage caused by, their guests. Guests using any of the facilities of the Club must always be in the company of their host Member, unless otherwise approved by Management. Club Management, in its sole discretion, may deny guest privileges to any individual. Golf Guest Play • No more than three (3) guests per Member are permitted at any time unless approved in advance by Club Management. Guest play may be modified from time to time pursuant to Club Management’s posted or published policies. • Guests must check in at the pro shop and pay the appropriate guest fees prior to commencing golf play. Members may bring guests to play golf as often as they like, but individual guest usage is limited to 12 times in one calendar year but no more than once a month, per individual guest, even if they are playing with different members within the same month. Play restrictions do not apply to Reciprocal Member Play. • If a guest is not using a member’s designated guest pass, their green fee may be placed on the member’s account or on the guest’s credit card. No green fees are to be paid by cash. Tennis / Pickleball Guest Play • Members may bring up to three guests. Members will receive two free guest passes per quarter. The guest fee is ten dollars ($10) per guest and must be charged to the member’s account. The same guest may play up to 12 times in one calendar year but no more than 2 times in one month, even if they are playing with different members within the same month. Play restrictions do not apply to Reciprocal Member Play. Fitness / Spa Facilities / Pools • No guests or private trainers are permitted in the fitness rooms. Guests are not allowed to attend Fitness Classes or use the spa facilities. • All Members are permitted to bring no more than 4 guests per membership to the swimming pool areas. Failure to show proof of membership may result in the loss of pool privileges to the Member. Cards / Mahjong / Tabletop Games Guest Play • Members may bring up to three guests.
