Narrator 3:

That night Belle dreamed that a fine lady came and said to her, You gave up your own life to save your father’s. Such courage is rare. It will be rewarded. Belle awoke and sat down in the great hall. She wanted to cry, but she resolved to be calm for the little time she had left. Well, if I’m to die later today, I might as well walk about till then and view this fine castle. It is a delightful and pleasant place. She was extremely surprised at seeing a door, over which was written, “Belle’s Apartment.” She opened it and was dazzled by the magnificence that reigned throughout; but what chiefly caught her attention was a large library, a golden harpsichord and several music books. Well, these lovely things should help me pass the time. This consideration inspired her with fresh courage and opening the library, she took a book and read these words in letters of gold:
