The Miracle Garden was created by Abdel Naser Rahhal a businessman from Jordan. Opening: February 2013. (Opens from November thru March) The design changes every year. Cost: $11 million US Dollars. Measures: 72.000 sq. meters (775,000 sq.ft.) It has 250 million plants and around 50 million flowers.
