Your Dog Is Your Workout Partner Instructor: Heidi Braun Exercise and work on obedience training at the same time. Each hour long class combines cardio drills and weight training while integrating obedience commands. Bring an exercise mat, a set of weights, training collar (gentle leaders prohibited) and a standard 6 ft. leash. Class limit 12. It’s never too late to prioritize your health & fitness! Come join us in this strength-based class as we work to improve functionality & mobility using basic exercises with minimal equipment. Each session will start with a short warm-up to get your blood pumping & body ready for the full-body workout that follows. Strength training as little as once or twice a week can improve your bone density, muscle mass, coordination & balance, confidence & more! We’re starting with small class sizes to ensure you get 1:1 attention every time you show up. If you’re looking to have a good time, move your body & improve your quality of life, come join us! A dancer for 22 years, Azmeena can teach belly dance to anyone! She believes anyone can dance and that dance is a shortcut to joy. Join the class and discover an ancient art form while breaking a sweat. Each hour-long class will include a warm-up, technique development, and a short choreography. Don’t worry, movements are simple, easy to learn and a joy to perfect. All are welcome. Dress to move and bring water and a hip scarf, if you have one. There will be some scarves available to borrow.
