This high energy Israeli Dancing series is specially designed for those who want a great workout and don’t yet know the basic steps and combinations. Dances are contemporary as danced in Israeli sessions today. No prior Israeli dancing experience is necessary. Dances and

Pottery for Adults Instructor: Andrea Serafino
This class is designed for the student who is already well versed in pottery making. Students will be encouraged to explore more complicated forms and decorating techniques and to develop individuality in their work. Materials and firing costs are included in the class fee. Fall Floral Arranging Instructor: Gila Lipton Blum
Join us for a hands-on floral workshop using seasonal flowers and foliage. The class will begin with an overview of the different flower types and a demonstration on general flower arranging pointers. Then each participant will be able to create his/her own masterpiece with professional help. The class is geared with a novice in mind but will include tricks and tidbits from Gila’s colorful experiences that will be new to even a serious floral enthusiast. All tools and materials are included. Each participant leaves with a beautiful centerpiece in a keepsake vase. Join Erin Urusko, creator of Buttercream Party, to make memories and delicious gourmet decorated cookies. Learn decorating tips and baking secrets to decorating cookies. Learn about icing consistency, flooding, writing, and how to decorate with multiple textures. In each class, you will decorate a dozen baked cookies almost too pretty to eat. Has it been too long since you tended to a garden? Do you have a plant that needs some attention? We know working in the soil and touching the earth has relaxation benefits, provides stretching, and helps decrease stress. Shallanna Davis with Peace Mind Muscle Institute will join us for a bit of mindfulness relaxation, light stretching and getting in touch with nature. Each participant will have the opportunity to pot a domestic plant and take it home to nurture. Feel free to bring a domestic plant from home that needs some TLC too!
