Join in our fun Ballet movement class. Basic ballet terminology, positions, stretching, balance and coordination exercises will be incorporated. Ballet attire welcomed.
Session I: Students will examine daily tools scientists use in What is Science Tool Time, learn about Amazing Atoms & Moving Molecules, experiment with mixing colors in Magic of Color, and discover buoyancy in Floating & Sinking. They will discover how science is magical in Is It Science, Is It Magic, and learn how seeds spread and the science of leaves changing colors in Harvest Time and Colorful Leaves. Session II: Students will see how different materials affect how balls bounce in Magic of Bouncing Balls and learn about bird habitats in All About Birds, learn how rocks are made as they discover sedimentary, igneous and metamorphic rocks in Rocking Rocks, see the magic of baking soda and vinegar as they experiment with Creative Chemistry, learn the importance of taking care of their Terrific Teeth and examine the importance of animal and plant life in Pretty Ponds!

Our dynamic sessions blend multiple dance styles, allowing young dancers to discover the beauty of expression through movement. Halloween Adult & Me Baking Class Instructor: Elizabeth Rogers

Join your young baker in learning to make a delicious Halloween treat! Children will practice basic baking skills while adults learn strategies to maximize teaching opportunities. We will prepare chocolate cake truffles decorated as mini pumpkins. Perfect for preschoolers at any level. Make the mess in class! Adult participation required. Preparing family meals for Thanksgiving break can be a fun and educational way to spend time with your preschooler! Join us as we put together a take-and-bake pumpkin oatmeal flavored with autumnal spices. Your young baker will practice essential skills while you work together. Each adult-child pair will take home a full recipe that can be baked and enjoyed immediately or frozen in preparation for the upcoming holiday. Adult participation required.
