Introductory Meeting / Call (Step 1)
My primary goal during our introductory meeting / call is to understand your unique needs and objectives as a home seller. I will provide an overview of the current market trends and discuss our comprehensive listing strategy to ensure your property is best positioned to sell within your ideal timeline and at it’s highest value. Additionally, I aim to answer any questions you may have, outline the steps of the selling process, and establish clear communication to ensure a smooth and successful sale. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to build a solid foundation for a productive partnership.
Please complete our Seller Questionnaire at the link provided whenever you have a chance, as we like to have this information for our records.

Complete In-Person Walk Through (Step 2)
During the walkthrough we’ll:
❏ Ask you to take us on a tour of your home, as if you were the Realtor and we the potential buyers!!
Take pictures of each room (for our reference only)

❏ Begin filling out a detailed Property Fact Sheet which covers nearly 90% of the questions you can expect to receive from all buyers
( Note: We’ll aim to complete the walk through in 15 - 45 minutes ( as this may also be our introductory meeting) and will use the information we gather and pictures taken to provide detailed feedback on how to best prepare your home for sale.)

Prepare Property for Sale (Step 5)
Properly preparing a home for sale requires the right process. We’ve developed the below process to be thorough but also flexible enough to meet whatever pace works best for your specific goals and timeline.

Accept Offer and Close on Sale (Step 7)
As your agent, I will guide you through every step of managing offers on your home to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. Once offers are received, I will help you evaluate and compare them, negotiate the best possible terms and price on your behalf, and provide expert advice to make a more informed decision. After accepting an offer, I will coordinate the contract-to-close process, including attorney review, inspections, and appraisals, ensuring all parties stay on track and meet critical deadlines. Additionally, I will facilitate the final walkthrough and closing, addressing any last-minute issues and ensuring a seamless transition to complete the sale. My goal is to provide you with peace of mind and a stress-free experience throughout the entire process. Summary Contract-to-Close Process
